SHPIK – (acronym stands for: Shoqata Profesionale e Informaticientëve të Kosovës, in English: Professional Association of Kosovo Informaticians) – is the representative organization of professionals working in the field of IT in the Republic of Kosovo. SHPIK, initially founded in 2013, commenced its operational work in 2022, thanks to the financial support of the Austrian Development Cooperation and with the support of Austrian Development Agency (ADA), OCG (Austrian Computer Association) and Smart Bits.

Our team has a great focus not only on creating an employment platform, but thinking first about contemporary employment issues, to see how this process can be more easily solved so all job seekers and employers have the opportunity to find their favorite job / candidates.
